Subdomains are individual Web addresses built upon a pre-existing domain name, e.g.

sub.example.com

For example, if you wish to have a separate web site for your sales department, you could create a subdomain called:

sales.example.com

This way the URL of your sales web site will look more professional and thus add to the total competence of your web presence.

With Alpha Design you can have as many subdomains as you need.

We offer up to 15 subdomains as part of our Bronze hosting package and 150 for our Silver and Gold hosting package.

If you need more subdomains, there is a small one-time fee of £5 per additional subdomain for the Bronze hosting package, £4 per additional subdomain for the Silver hosting package or £3 for the Gold hosting package.
